4. Safety
4.1 General information
The upholstered furniture product described in these operating instructions is construc-
ted to be safe based on modern technology.
Danger areas are protected in accordance with regulations. However, it is still possible
for dangers to arise from use of the upholstery furniture product if it is used improperly
or for a purpose that it is not intended for.
Notice!
This upholstery furniture product may only be
operated in defect-free condition!
Always deactivate any energy sources prior to
carrying out repair, maintenance, installation or
cleaning work (remove battery pack).
Release any residual or stored energy!
Blocked components may subjected under high
levels of static pressure, energy (including kinetic)
should be released for this reason before carrying
out repair/maintenance works.
Only suitable cleaning agents may used for
cleaning the product. Observe safety warnings
regarding cleaning agents
The safety warnings must be followed.
Do not carry out any work that may impair the
operational safety of this product!
It is fundamentally not permitted to circumvent,
dismantle and/or deactivate any of the safety
features.
