c. Click on the arrow next to “Universal Serial Bus controllers” from the Device Manager
window that pops up to expand the list of USB controllers.
The “Universal Serial Bus controllers” list is located at
the bottom of the Device Manager.
d. Right-click on an item in the list that contains both “ASMedia” and “Host Controller” in
the label. There may be more than one item in the list. In the submenu that appears, click
Update driver .
These items will need their driver updated to work
properly with the ioSafe Duo. Choose one and follow the
remaining steps.
