5. Slow tag reading speed or poor multi-tag performance
☆ Check whether there are tags with poor performance.
☆ Check whether the selection of “reader mode” in RFID settings is incorrect.
☆ Check whether the RF output power of the reader is small, and adjust the
output power if necessary.

technical support department of our company.
8.3 Maintenance during Long-term Storage
If the reader is not used for a long time, please power off the reader, remove all
cables, pack the reader and related accessories and store them in a relatively dry
and well-ventilated place.
