10 Troubleshooting
WARNING
Read all general guidelines, warnings and cautions before performing any repair/maintenance on the bed. All repair and
maintenance on the bed should be performed by a qualified technician.
Unplug the power cord from its power source before performing any maintenance on the electric bed. DO NOT unplug
the power cord from the control box. Damage to cord will result.

CORRECTIVE ACTION
Bed does not stay in
place
Floor lock not engaged.
Green plunger on floor lock post is
visible.
Activate floor lock - green plunger should NOT be
visible.
Insufficient static friction
between floor lock foot
bumper and floor.
Floor surface is slippery and/or
foreign membrane between bumper
and floor.
Clean the surrounding floor and remove loose
material under the bed.
Floor lock not functioning.
Floor lock is stuck in one position.

Bed is not level
Hi/Lo actuators are unevenly
extended
Bed deck is not parallel with floor
Raise bed to highest position
or
Lower bed to lowest position
Actuator not working.
System Fault
Needs Reset
Flashing LEDs on ACP, Bed function
will not operate. The control box
may beep when pendant function is
pressed.
To Reset - hold the pendant bed up and bed down
buttons for 5+ seconds. The bed will beep and stop
beeping when reset is complete. Then press the bed
up button. If the bed beeps, the actuators are out of
sync. Continue rising to the highest position to
synchronize the actuators.
