Components
of
the
supply
container
The
floating
valve
keeps
the
water
level
constant
in
the
supplemental
supply
container.
The
maximum
water
level
should
be
approx.
2
‐
3
cm
below
the
overflow
rim
when
the
floating
valves
closed
(backside
of
the
container).
The
correct
distance
of
the
float
(5)
to
the
horizontal
lever
is
factory
set
at
85
mm
by
the
SMT
20
float
valve
and
90
mm
by
the
SMT40
float
valve.
Note:
If
an
overflow
occurs
due
to
continuous
dripping
from
the
valve,
the
valve
must
be
decalcified
(see
Maintenance).
In
the
connection
of
the
float
valve
there
is
a
protective
sieve
(3)
which
can
be
pulled
out
for
cleaning.
A
strainer
is
also
located
in
the
inlet
pipe.
