Changing the Fuse
IMPORTANT: If after replacing the fuse it again blows, STOP. The MZ4 HD-UV Gun Tube
Inspection System needs immediate attention. Contact the InterTest Customer Support
Group at 908-496-8008 or via email to [email protected].
IMPORTANT: Before proceeding with the steps that follow power down the controller and
disconnect the unit from the main power source.
To change the fuse, perform the following steps:
(1) Remove the power cable from the rear of the Control Box.
(2) Push down on the fuse clip to remove the fuse holder.
(3) Remove the blown fuse.
(4) Install a replacement fuse.
(5) Insert the fuse holder back into the power socket.
(6) Plug the power cable back into the Control Box.
(7) Power on the system and return to inspections.
