5.5 - START-UP
- Before starting up and using the machine, make sure that it is positioned on the ground or
leaning against a stable support and that the resting surface is level or with a minimum slope.
- Before use of the TX500 models, block movement of the front wheel by means of the appro-
priate brake.
- It is ESSENTIAL to ensure that the suction filter is clean before use. (see maintenance chap-
ter – 10.2 suction).
A- ON/OFF switch B- Chemical dosing knob.
1- Open water supply
2- Turn selection knob to position 1.
3- Open the gun with nozzle end up and keep in open position to allow air to escape from the
hose.
4 - Adjust water pressure by rotating the regulator knob.
WARNING: the "TOTAL STOP" device stops the motor approximately 20 seconds after the
gun is closed.
5- The high pressure water jet generates a reaction force on the lance, therefore you should
hold the lance firmly with both hands.
6- When you have finished working, turn off the machine by turning the knob on position 0.
7- Open the gun to release remaining pressure from the hose.
