4.10.3 Disassembly
1. Remove Wiper Seal Retainer screws (Item 14).
2. Remove Wiper Seal Retainer (Item 13), Wiper Seal (Item 11) & Seal Block
Face (Item 10)
3. Remove Rod Seals (Items 3 & 4), Seal Blocks (Cups) (Items 2 & 8) .
4. Check condition of all Rod Wipers, Seal Blocks, Rod Seals; O-rings; etc.
5. Remove Seal Housing (Item 1) from compression cylinder.
6. Check condition of O-rings.
4.10.4 Assembly
1. Fit new O-rings (items 6; 7 & 16) to Seal Housing
2. Push Seal Housing into compression cylinder.
3. Torque Cap Screws to 40ft/lb.
4. Place Rod Seals and Seal Blocks (Cups) into Seal Housing.
5. Ensure that Rod Seals are correct way up.
