Time and Date Configuration
Having the correct time and date is essential for accurate reviewing of the
internal log.
NX-181xx Voice keypads can also be configured to announce the time and date
whenever the system is armed or disarmed.
How to: Configure the Time and Date
Step
Example
Setting the time as 9.30AM, and the date as 19.6.2010
1.
[PIN]
Call the NX-595E via an offsite touch-tone phone to begin the session

Press [0] for system configuration menu
Press [2] for time and date configuration menu
Press [1] for time configuration
3.
Select the hours value from 1 ~ 12, followed by # (e.g., 9 o’clock.)
4.
Selects the minutes value, followed by # (e.g., 30 minutes.)
5.
Press 1, to set AM time (e.g., AM time.)
Press 2, to set PM time
Note:
Time change is complete, move to step 6 only if you wish to
change the date, otherwise move directly to step 10 and exit the
system.

Press [2] to configure the date

Select the day value from 1 ~ 31, followed by # (e.g., 19
th
day.)
8.
Select the month value from 1 ~ 12, followed by # (e.g., June 6
th
month.)
9.
Select a 4 digit year value, followed by # (e.g., year 2010.)
