Hard Disk Power Down Mode

This option specifies the power conserving state that the hard
disk drive enters after the specified period of hard drive
inactivity has expired.  The settings are Disabled, Standby, or
Suspend.  The Optimal and Fail-Safe settings are Disabled.

Hard Disk Time Out

This option specifies the length of a period of hard disk drive
inactivity.  When this length of time expires, the system enters
power-conserving state specified in the Hard Disk Power
Down Mode option.  The settings are Disabled, 1 min.
(minute), 2 min, 3 min., 4 min., 5 min., 6 min, 7 min., 8 min., 9
min., 10 min., 11 min., 12 min., 13 min., 14 min, and 15 min.
The Optimal and Fail-Safe settings are Disabled.

Standby Time Out

This option specifies the length of a period of system inactivity
while in the Full On power state.  When this length of time
expires, the system enters the Standby power state.  The
settings are Disabled, 4 msec, 8 msec, 12 msec, 16 msec, up to
508 msec, in increments of 4 msec.  The Optimal and Fail-Safe
settings are Disabled.

Suspend Time Out

This option specifies the length of a period of system inactivity
while in the Standby power state.  When this length of time
expires, the system enters the Suspend power state.  The
settings are Disabled, 4 msec, 8 msec, 12 msec, 16 msec, up to
508 msec, in increments of 4 msec.  The Optimal and Fail-Safe
settings are Disabled.

Disk Drive Delayed Start

Hard disk drives draw an extra amount of power when the system is first powered on.  The power
supply can support up to two hard disk drives powering on (spinning up) at once.  If you use more
than two hard disk drives in a system, you must activate the delayed start feature on the additional
hard disk drives.  Doing this forces these drives to pause before spinning up, allowing the power
