Powering Down the System
If you use the “Power down the computer” option in the Automatic Shutdown Utility, you must
press the Standby button to turn off system power.
Matrox Millennium G200 AGP Graphics
If your system was delivered with an installed Matrox Millennium G200 AGP video display
adapter, you can combine G200 with Matrox Millennium II PCI video display adapters for multi-
screen configurations. If you must reinstall G200 driver software, use the

95 driver software, as appropriate. For more information, see the Matrox document
delivered with the system.
Microsoft IntelliMouse
If a Microsoft IntelliMouse shipped with your system, it will function as a standard two-button
mouse until you install the IntelliPoint software. This software (
MSMOUSEDRV
) is delivered with
the system in InterSite Version Manager or on a backup diskette. See the
README

Operating System Support for USB Peripherals
Your system includes Universal Serial Bus (USB) ports to which you can connect USB
peripherals. Windows NT 4.0 does not currently support USB peripherals. Microsoft will add
support for USB peripherals to a future Windows NT release.
Default Disk Drive Formatting and Partitioning
Your system’s primary system disk drive and any additional disk drives were formatted and
partitioned before shipment. In Explorer or My Computer, you can right-click a disk drive and
click Properties to display the drive’s partition size and file system format. To view partition and
format information for all disk drives, you can use Disk Administrator. See the operating system
documentation and Help for more information on these tools.
