9. Warranty
In addition to our General Terms and Conditions, your AKTIVLINE Standard prod-
uct comes with a two year warranty from the date of purchase. Defective or faulty
parts will be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. The warranty
excludes modifications made during the course of development.
We accept no liability for damage caused to our product in conjunction with
products of any kind manufactured by other companies, unless these have been
expressly approved by interco. Under certain circumstances, such combinations
can instigate considerable damage.
Also excluded from warranty are faults due to natural wear and tear, excessive
stress or loading, improper use and excessive force. The warranty becomes
invalid when original interco parts are not used in repair work, and when the
repairs or changes are not executed by interco. The attachment of accessories,
parts or changes to the AKTIVLINE Standard-Dynamic Seating System by any-
one other than interco will not be honored or covered by warranty, and could be
liable to legal action if made known. In such cases, all liability claims against
interco are nullified.
Continuous use of your AKTIVLINE Standard can lead to loose screws, bolts, nuts
and spokes. Tighten these items regularly, or arrange a regular check up with
your authorized dealer or interco.
