Tool Maintenance
Piston Replacement
1.
Disconnect the air supply .
2.
Remove screws with 4mm hexagon wrench key .
3.
Remove the magazine assembly .
4.
Loosen set screw with 3mm hexagon wrench key to unlock
adjusting rod .
5.
Slide linkage mechanism and adjusting rod simultaneously
from collar .
6.
Loosen collar with 3mm straight rod . Remove spring .
7.
Loosen screw with 3mm hexagon wrench key . Remove block
through the window .
8.
Loosen screws with 3mm hexagon wrench key . Remove cap .
9.
Remove piston assembly . Loosen nut with 10mm spanner .
10.
Remove piston and exchange for a new one .
