Server Board Installation
Note
: Follow ESD precautions outlined at the beginning of this manual.

1.
Carefully move aside any cables around the chassis base to clear the area for server board placement.
2.
Carefully lower the server board into the chassis (see letter A).
3.
Align the rear I/O connectors of the board (NIC connectors, USB connectors, and VGA connector) with the
IO shield openings and slide the server board back until it fits into the I/O shield (see Letter B).
4.
Ensure the board mounting holes are aligned with the standoffs in the chassis and secure it with the
provided screws using 8 in/lbs torque (see Letter C).
Important
: Ensure the two black screws are installed in the location shown in Figure 65.
