Violations and Warnings

Configuring Hard Drive Free Space Requirements

Intel IT Director monitors free space on the hard drives on your network. You can
choose to receive warnings if free space on a hard drive drops below a threshold.

To set a threshold for the free space on your hard drive:

1.

Go to Settings > My Network Settings.

2.

For Hard Drive Free Space Threshold, choose a percentage.

3.

Click Apply.

See the free space on your hard drives and all warning messages in the

page.

Note

If a hard drive has multiple partitions, Intel IT Director treats the entire hard
drive as if it were only one partition. The percentage of free space is calculated
as the total free hard drive space divided by the total hard drive space.
