2.5 Installing COMe Heatsink / Heat spreader & Carrier board
Step1.
Using 2 screws (M2.5-4L) to lock the Heatsink/Heat spreader from PCB backside.
Step2.
Using 4 screws (M2.5-12L) to assemble with Carrier board from top to bottom.
Note:
Recommendation of screwing torque force: 4kg
