Step 1: Position the Red Weight Bar Assembly on the Hooks of the front Racks. 
(NOTE: The SCS-1 can also be installed on the rear Racks as shown on the next page.) 
 

Step 2: Slide a Linear Bearing shaft into one of the Weight Holders. Orient the Weight Holder as shown. 
 

      Place a Bottom Shaft Mount onto the Shaft assuring it is fully seated and tighten the    

 

 

 

 

  setscrews. Next, place a Top Shaft Mount on the Shaft before positioning it into the Cage (do not  

 

 

  tighten Top Mount setscrews at this time) 

 
Step 3: Gently guide the small diameter shaft of the Weight Holder into the Red Weight Bar Assembly   
 

 

  and secure the Top and Bottom Shaft Mounts to the Cage using: 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Four (3/8” x ¾”L Bolts) 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Four (3/8” Flat Washers)
