Taking the first back panel, place it into posion as shown below.
Next take the other back panel and align it to the panel already
placed on the tub. Now using a set of clamps, clamp it in to posi-
on. And drill the holes through using the guide holes on the first
panel.

Next take the panels apart and apply a bead of silicone between
the 2 panels, then taking the nuts and bolts connect the 2 panels
together.
Do not aCach the panels to the tub at this stage!
