Cooking quinoa

Rinse the quinoa to remove excess starch, then drain.

Make sure that the outside of the cooking pot is dry and free of debris, then
place it into your cooker.

Add quinoa and water to the cooking pot. (see package instructions for
quinoa/water ratio).

Press the lid down until it clicks into place.

Plug in the power cord.

Press the
Quinoa
button. After a six second delay the Quinoa light turns on
and a
running circle
appears on the display. The cooking time will count down
the final 12 minutes of cooking time.
After cooking is complete, your rice cooker beeps and automatically enters
the temperature preservation (keep warm) mode.

Press the lid release to open your cooker.

Stir the quinoa with the serving spatula to distribute any remaining moisture.

Unplug your cooker when it is not in use.
Cooking oatmeal
