2.5 Quick Installation Guide

1. Install “IP installer” and “NVR100 Software” on your PC.
Detailed information for installing these programs can be found in

2. Assign an IP address to NVS440 via the IP installer software.
Identify the type of the network environment and set up an IP address accordingly. Detailed process of
setting up the IP address can be found in

.
If the network type is xDSL or
Cable modem you will need supplementary information provided by your ISP.
