9.1.12. Rear Output Active
(Warning 127)
This warning will be displayed if the paper-guide was
pointing to the rear-output tray, during a paper jam.
Paper jams should always be resolved according to the
General Paper Jam Handling (
see chapter
). Therefore,
this warning only serves as a hint, indicating that docu-
ments might have been mistakenly ejected into the rear
paper tray, when the paper path was flushed.
9.1.13. Imprinter Front/Back Low On Ink
(Warning 128/129)
This warning is initially displayed in the status area when
the ink cartridge level drops below 10%. Since the fill
level of the ink cartridges for the imprinters is merely
calculated by subtracting the amount of ink used so far
from the initial ink volume claimed by the manufacturer
(
see chapter
), the imprinter output should be che-
cked as soon as this warning occurs and a new cartridge
inserted, if necessary.
9.1.14. Roller Assembly Not Installed
(Warning 130)
This warning is initially only displayed in the status area
and indicates that the input roller assembly has not
been detected. In order to clear this warning, the input
roller assembly must be properly inserted into its holder
(
see chapter
). If an attempt is made to start a scan
process in this state, another, similar error message will
be displayed (
see chapter
).
9.1.15. Input Tray(s) Not Installed Properly
(Warning 133)
This warning is initially only displayed in the status area
and indicates that the input plate or, when using the
Dual Input Hopper
, one of the input plates is not cor-
rectly inserted in the respective input tray (
see chapter
). In order to clear the warning, existing input plates
must be checked for proper seating and corrected, if
necessary. If an attempt is made to start a scan process
in this state, another, similar error message is displayed
(
see chapter
).
