Fault Codes and Displays
Indication Action
The display indicates:
“Change Filter”
Replace the filter. Either the gallons
setting or the filter timer (months) setting
has expired. Reset the machine once filters
are replaced.
The display indicates:
“Drip Tray Full”
Empty and clean the drip tray. Make sure
the metal clips on the tray are clean.
The display indicates:
“Hot Fault”
Indicates a hot tank sensor fault. Check to
make sure the sensor is plugged in to the
main pcb properly.
The display indicates:
“Cold Fault”
Indicates a cold tank sensor fault. Check to
make sure the sensor is plugged in to the
main pcb properly.
The display indicates:
“No Water Supply”
Fault will occur if the flow counter is
programmed to monitored flow through the
unit, and no tap water supply is available.
Check to make sure water is available to
the unit.
The display indicates:
“UV Fault”
The UV lamp has failed. Replace lamp.
