FUNCTION
This fall prevention system for windows consists of a telescopic railing. This railing can be
engaged at different adjustment lengths and is fitted with 4 freely protruding U profiles that are
held by the window frame. This allows restraining persons from falling while working at open
windows in compliance with all legal regulations.
PRE-ADJUSTMENT - ONLY FOR FSG 01 AND FSG 02
Pre-adjustments are made using the base frame.
This pre-adjustment should be approximately
WINDOW-LIGHTING MINUS 25 cm
.
The base frame and the extension brackets can be adjusted to different lengths by pulling the
locking bolts. They are locked into place using pretension locking bolts.
INSTALLTION - FOR FSG 01 TO FSG 05
PRE-ADJUSTMENT:
TIP: before making any pre-adjustments, you should turn
the safety railing by 90

and carefully set it down on the
floor.

window-lighting minus 10-25 cm

IMPORTANT:
make sure that all locking bolts have securely locked
into place!
INSTALLATION:
Starting from the ground, place the preset window
safety railing including the U profile over the window
frame and onto the window sill

For the time being, the vertical window frame is
enclosed on one side by extension brackets

Once the opposing extension brackets
C
and
D
have been
pulled out to the maximum width of the window, the safety
railing is securely locked into place on the window frame.
CHECK:
Make sure the locking bolts are locked securely in place
by pushing on the railing in the horizontal direction.
You must not be able to shift the position of the window
safety railing by more than 8 - 9 mm in the horizontal
direction.
DISASSEMBLY IN REVERSE ORDER.
