In case of malfunctioning:
- Check that the batteries are inserted correctly
- Check that the scale is on a flat, stable surface

Wipe with a damp cloth: avoid any infiltration of water. Never use chemical detergents.
Do not immerse in water. Do not step on the scale with wet feet. Store the scale in
horizontal position when not in use to preserve battery life and sensors. Since it is a
precision instrument, the balance must always be treated with care. Do not drop it and
not jump over. Do not open or tamper with the device: repairs must be performed only
by authorized personnel; otherwise the warranty expires. If the product is not used
for a long period of time, it is advisable to remove battery, as a possible leakage could
damage your equipment.
Since the quality of the batteries vary from model to model, the product warranty does
not cover damage caused by a possible leak. When the scale is not in used not leave
weights resting on the platform. Keep it away from dust and moisture; do not expose
to the sun or to excessive temperatures.
