MAINTENANCE
Attention: Make sure the treadmill is switched off and the plug has been disconnected
from the power outlet before proceeding with any maintenance and / or cleaning.

1. CLEANING:
Keep the treadmill clean, always unplug it from the mains before cleaning. Remove dust
from the belt and platform; the dust increasing the friction of the tape may damage the
system.
2.  LUBRICATION:
the frequency with which lubricate the carpet, depends on the frequency of use. The higher
is the frequency of use, the lower is the amount of time that should elapse between one
lubrication and the other. In any case, if the user feels a greater friction of the belt on the
platform during use, it is necessary to lubricate the belt with silicone oil. Lift the belt and
pour a few drops directly on the platform on one side and then on the other. Replace the
tape and make it adhere well to the platform.
It is advisable to spend 1-3 months between one lubrication and the other. Lubricate too
often  the  carpet  and  using  an  excessive  amount  of  oil  can  damage  the  engine  and  the
control panel and reduce the useful life of the product.
3.   IF THE BELT IS NOT CENTERED
After a period of use, the belt could be no longer at the center of the platform. This could be
due to differences in the force exerted by the legs. Switch on the treadmill without climb on,
the treadmill should automatically return the tape at the center.
If  the  belt  continues  to  be  off-center,  first  remove  the  key  and

UNPLUG THE POWER

CORD

. If the walking belt has shifted to the right, use the hex wrench to pull the bolt on the

rear right side or unscrew to the left; conversely if the tape is moved to the left.
Be careful not to over tighten the walking belt. Plug the power cord into the socket, insert
the key and run the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until the walking belt is centered.

4. IF THE BELT SLIPS WHEN WALK ON
Remove the key and

UNPLUG THE POWER CORD

. Using the hex key, turn both rear roller

bolts clockwise half a turn. When the walking belt is correctly tightened, you should be able
to lift each side 8 to 10 cm from the platform.
Be careful to keep the walking belt centered.
Attach the power cord, insert the key and run the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until
the walking belt is properly tightened.
