10.  Do not operate the treadmill where aerosol products are used or where oxygen is being 

administered. 

11.  Keep children under the age of 12 and pets away from the treadmill at all times. The 

equipment is designed for adult use only. The equipment is not suitable for therapeutic use. 

12.  The treadmill should be used only by persons weighing 120 kg or less.  
13.  Do not allow to use more than one person at a time on the treadmill.
14.  Wear appropriate exercise clothes when using the treadmill. Do not wear loose clothes 

that could become caught in the treadmill. Athletic support clothes are recommended for 
both men and women. Always wear athletic shoes. Never use the treadmill with bare feet, 
wearing only stockings, or in sandals. 

15.  Do not attempt to raise, lower, or move the treadmill until it is properly assembled. 
16.  You must be able to safely lift 20 kg, to raise, lower, or move the treadmill.
17.  Insert the plug directly into a circuit with ground connection with capacity to 12 or more 

amps. Before connecting to the mains, check that the voltage indicated on the nameplate 
corresponds with that of your electrical outlet.

18.  Do not change the incline of the treadmill by placing objects under the treadmill.
19.  Avoid contact of the power cord and the surge protection device with hot surfaces.
20.  Never move the walking belt while the unit is not powered by electricity.
21.  Do not operate the treadmill if the power cord or plug is damaged, or if the treadmill is not 

working properly.  Contact the service center.

22.  Do not stand on the walking belt when turn on the treadmill, but climb on the platforms 

plastic side of the belt and keep the handrail. Run the treadmill and start exercising if the 
treadmill is operating properly. During training, always hold the handrails.

23.  The treadmill can reach high speeds. Adjust the speed in small increments.
24. The pulse sensors supplied are not medical devices. Various factors, including the 

movement, may affect the accuracy of heart rate. These sensors to detect pulsations are 
intended only as an aid in determining heart rate trends during training.

25.  Never leave the treadmill unattended while it is running. Remove the key and unplug the 

power cord and press the off switch when the treadmill is not in use. 

26.  The continuous time training should not exceed 90 minutes. Do not operate the treadmill 

continuously for periods of time too long, you can damage the engine and wear on the 
bearings, the belt and the platform.

27.  Keep the environment clean, dust may reduce the sensitivity of the sensor for the speed 

control.

28.  In the environment of use, maintain a proper level of humidity, in winter in particular, to 

prevent static electricity that can affect the operation of the computer and damage it.

29.  When moving or when you fold the treadmill, make sure the locking shutter is fully closed.  
30.  Keep hands away from all moving parts. Be especially careful while lifting or moving the 

equipment.

31.  Inspect and properly tighten all parts of the treadmill regularly.
32.  Do not insert or drop any object into slots or openings.
33.  Turn off the switch and unplug the power cord after using the treadmill before cleaning and 

before the maintenance and the adjustment procedures described in this manual. Never
