INJ-4500 Installation
Before Installation
Installation Guide of the INJ-4500
• Carefully Unpack the INJ-4500 and check for any signs of damage.
Notify the shipper immediately if any exist.
INJ-4500 is installed on the motor with a specialized heat-sink custom design by INJUNGTECH.
1. Remove the current motor terminal box.
Note: The gasket installed on the original terminal box
and the screws should be kept and not thrown away.
3. Undo the 4 screws on the inverter.
5. Bolt down the four inner holes located inside
the drive down with the screws provided.
2. Place the heat-sink provided unto the motor. Connect the
motor wires to the inverter output lines. Use the screws from the
motor and bolt down the heatsink unto the motor. Note: The
original gasket should be placed before placing the heatsink.
4. Lift up the inverter top by loosening the gland and by
pushing in the terminal wires.
6. Close the top of the drive and bolt down the 4 corners
with the screws provided.
