value until the desired numeral is reached. When all the tag values are correctly set, press
CONTINUE
and you will be prompted to
TURN
ON
THE
CALIBRATION
GAS
. At this time turn your selector switch
on the sampling unit from
ZERO
to
CAL
GAS
. Watching the display on the analyzer, you will see the gas
values rise as the calibration gas enters the analyzer.
When the values have stabilized press
CONTINUE
. The word
CALIBRATING
and the will appear at the
top of the screen and the analyzer will perform the calibration. When complete, you will be prompted to
turn off the calibration gas. Rotate the gas selector from
CAL
GAS
to
ZERO
GAS
and then press
DONE
.
Once this is completed, the analyzer will perform a final zero and then come back into
STANBY
mode or
CONDITION
. At this time you may turn off the
ZERO
GAS
and put the analyzer back on line by selecting
SAMPLE
GAS
on your gas selector.

Calibration schedules are typically set forth by the state compliance standard for the jurisdiction of the
monitoring site or by federal standards for your industry. For those areas without federal or state
requirements IRI recommends a periodic calibration schedule of every 90 days or upon initiation of any
disruption of service.

Select the menu and press
DOWN
until “Set
Auto Cal” is selected.
Press
ENTER
to start the Auto Calibration
configuration.
