Message Caused by What to do
The ambient temperature
is too High Place the meter within the
operating temperature range for
more than 10 minutes and
retest.
The test result is lower
than 10 mg/dl
(0.6 mmol/L) Check the accuracy of your test
strip by performing a control
solution test. After, re-test with
blood sample two or three times.
When “Lo” message persists,
please consult a doctor for
assistance.
The test result is higher
than 600mg/dl
(33.3 mmol/L) Check the accuracy of your test
strip by performing a control
solution test. After, re-test with
blood sample two or three times.
When “HI” message persists,
please consult a doctor for
assistance.
