Go to the
“Recording”
menu of the Device Configurator.
a)
Under “Remote File System”, Change the “type” to
“SMB”
from the list box.
b)
In the
“Address”
box, enter the address of the folder on your external network
storage device that you want the recordings saved to.
c)
Enter the User Name for your storage device in the
“User Name”
box.
d)
Enter the Password for your storage device in the
“Password”
box.
After inputting the above settings, the
configuration must be saved into the
unit. This is done by
opening the File
menu and clicking
“Write To Device”
(The candle icon).
