REMOTE EFFECTIVE RANGE
You can locate the infrared (IR) remote control sensors on the top of the projector next to the keypad and on the front to the left of
the lens. Hold the remote control at an angle within 60 degrees perpendicular of the projector’s IR remote control sensor. Ensure
that there are no obstacles between the remote control and the IR sensor on the projector.
The distance between the remote control and the IR sensor should be less than 12 meters (39.4 feet). If the remote control is less
than 20cm (8 inches) from the IR sensor, the remote control might become ineffective. The effective range is approximately 5
meters (16.4 feet) when reflecting the IR beam using a screen. The range will depend on the screen's surface and reflectivity.
Direct sunlight or florescent lamps can reduce the range of the remote control.
