Installing a new lamp module
WARNING: Do not drop the
lamp module or touch the glass
bulb! The glass may shatter and
cause injury.

Align the new lamp module in the correct direction.

Gently push the module in as far as it goes.

Tighten the screws on the outside of the module.

Re-install the lamp door.

Plug in the power cord.
12 To reset the lamp hour timer in the menus, press and hold the
Track and Sync buttons, then press the Power button (while
still holding down the other buttons) for 3 seconds. Verify that
the timer was reset by pressing the menu button, navigating
to the Information menu, and viewing the Lamp Timer setting
(see page 22).
WARNING: Do not reset the
lamp hour timer without replacing
the lamp, as the lamp may
rupture if it is used for more than
1000 hours.
