The pull-up resistor R121 is 2 k, and IMC302A’s temperature-related AD input voltage is shown in Figure 29.

The temperature value of overheat shutdown can be calculated as shown below and configured in MCEWizard
as shown in Figure 28.
The MCEWizard default setup is at 3.9 V, which sets the shutdown NTC temperature (
T
protection
) to about 90°C
when the whole IPM is in a heat balance state. Please note that there might be a 3 ~ 15°C temperature
difference between IPM NTC and the hottest point during motor power increase fast (non-thermal equilibrium
state).
