The VTH pin of CIPOS
™
-Modules provides direct access to the NTC, which is referenced to VSS. An external pull-
up resistor connected to +3.3V ensures that the resulting voltage can be directly connected to the
microcontroller.

Overtemperature Hardware Protection Circuit
In this evaluation design kits EVAL-M1-CTF620N3 and EVAL-M1-101T, the VTH pin is directly connected to the
VTH pin for controller IC IMC101T.
