The POWERCOUP PW2 SC160 saw has a warranty for a period of two years
against all manufacturing faults and defects.
This warranty corresponds to normal use of the tool and excludes:
- Damage due to poor maintenance or a lack of maintenance,
- Damage due to inappropriate usage,
- Damage due to normal wear and tear,
- Tools which have been dismantled by unauthorized repairers,
- External forces (fire, flooding, lightning, etc.),
- Damage from tool being dropped or from other impact,
- Tools with warranty cards not returned at the time of purchase,
- Tools used with a battery or charger other than those manufactured by INFACO.
INFACO shall not remit payment for any monetary loss incurred for the time the
tool is unavailable during repairs.
All repairs made by a person other than an approved INFACO authorized service
provider (ASP) will invalidate the equipment warranty.
In case of any breakdown, we strongly recommend that users of INFACO
equipment either contact the retailer from whom they purchased the tool, or our
after-sales service on (+33) 05 63 33 91 49 (France).
Please note our after-sales service shipping policy:
- For equipment submitted to us within the scope of the warranty, you pay to send
it to us and we pay the return postage.
- For equipment which is not within its warranty period, you pay to send it to us
and the return will be made at your cost, cash on delivery. We will send you an
estimate if the cost of the repair is more than 80 € ex-VAT.
