The Testing Pump is very compact, light in weight and can be unbolted to carry easily. 

Stand is designed in such a way to keep on plane surface and operate without any foundation. Even 
in Testing Pumps also no fixing or foundation is needed.  All the working parts are made of Stainless 
Steel & Plastic Tank.  All the joints are threaded so that any part can be easily replaced even at site 
also.

Usage Instructions

a) Connect pressure hose supplied to pressure outlet. Connect 

other end to system to be tested.

b) Pull and push the piston with the handle till pressure gauge 

indicating the wanted pressure and then begin testing. If it 
exceeds the wanted pressure, adjust the release valve to the 
normal condition.

Notes

a) After work, wait until all pressure are relieved, then disconnect 

the pump with the tested system.

b) Pump can only used to pump clean water, using it elsewhere 

may result in serious accident.

Safety Instructions

a) Do not pump flammable or explosive fluids such as gasoline, 

fuel oil, kerosene, etc. Do not use in explosive atmospheres.

b) Check hose for weak or worn condition before each use. Make 

certain that all connections are tight and secure.

c) Before servicing, disconnect all power. Ensure all pressure in 

the system is relieved. Drain all liquids from the from the system 
and flush.

Use only pipe, hose and fittings rated for the maximum (or greater) PSI rating of 
the pump.
