Issue Potential Solution
•
The measured height
value is abnormal.
•
Check if the equipment is installed on a flat and vibration-free floor.
•
The measuring posture must be as instructed. For detailed information on
the measurement posture, refer to 'II. Height Measurement, C.
•
Measurement Posture, of this User's Manual.
•
Turn the device off and on.
•
The weight value is very
different from normal.
•
This occurs when device warm-up is abnormal. If any object is placed on the
base, the zero adjustments will not be performed properly and the weight
will not be measured accurately. Therefore, turn off the power and turn it
on again without anything placed on the base.
•
This occurs when a foreign object is stuck between the base and the base
screw. If so, the weight will not be measured accurately. Therefore, remove
any foreign objects before use.
•
This occurs when the unit is not level. If it is not level, the weight will not be
measured accurately. Please refer to 'I. Installation, D. Settings, 2. Set Up,
9) ' of this User's Manual for leveling information.
