Troubleshooting
The following simple issues can be handled by the
user. Please call the customer service team if the
issues are not resolved.
Failed operation
• Check if the appliance is plugged and
connected to power
• Check if the voltage is too low
• Check if there is a power failure, circuit may
have been tripped
Odour
• Odorous foods should closely wrapped
• Whether foods are rotten
• Whether the interior shall be cleaned
Long term operation of the compressor
• It is normal that the refrigerator operates for
a longer time in summer when the ambient
temperature is higher
• Do not put too much food in the freezer at one
time
• Do not put foods until they are cooled
• Limit frequent opening of the refrigerator door
Internal light does not illuminate
• Check whether the unit is connected to power
• The illuminating light may be damaged
Door can not be properly closed
• The freezer door is stuck by food packages
• Too much food
• The refrigerator is tilted
Loud noises
• Check whether the food is levelled and if the
refrigerator is balanced;
• Check if the refrigerator parts are properly
placed.
Door fails to seal tight
• Foreign object may be on the door seal
• Heat the door seal and then cool it for
restoration (you may use a dryer or a hot towel
for heating)

Water pan overflows
• There is too much food in the refrigerator or
food stored contains too much water resulting
in heavy defrosting.
• Doors may not be closed properly resulting in
frost due to entry of air, increasing water due to
defrosting.
Heat Housing
The refrigerator enclosure may emit heat during
operation, especially in summer, this is caused by
the heat dissipation of the built-in condenser, and
it is a normal operation.
Condensation
condensation may occur on the exterior surface
and door seals of the freezer when the ambient
humidity is large, this is normal. You may wipe it
away with a dry towel.
Noise
• A buzz may be generated by running
compressor especially when starting up or
shutting down.
• The refrigerant flowing inside of the appliance
may produce a creaking sound, this is also
normal.
FAULT INDICATION
The following warnings appearing on the display
indicate corresponding faults of the refrigerator.
Although the unit may still function, the user must
contact our customer service team to arrange a
technician for maintenance to ensure normal use
of the refrigerator.
Fault Code: E1
• Refrigerator temperature sensor fault:
LED 1 & 2 are flashing
Fault Code: E2
• Freezer temperature sensor fault:
LED 1 & 5 are flashing
Fault Code: E5
• Freezing frost sensor fault:
LED 1 & 3 are flashing
Fault Code: E6
• Communication failure:
LED 2 & 4 are flashing
Fault Code: E7
• Ring temperature fault:
LED 1 & 4 are flashing

LED 4
