Problem Cause & Solution
The left and right roller
mechanisms are out of
alignment.
The rollers are designed with an alternating tapping
mechanism, so in the stopped position they are
sometimes out of line. This is part of their design
and there is nothing wrong with the chair.
Th

The rollers moved to the
head and leg areas, and then
stopped. The auto timer will cause the mechanism to move to the head and leg areas
when the massage is fi nished, so as not to interfere with your movements
when getting out of the chair.
During kneading, sometimes
rollers skip.
This is due to the rollers being caught in the boundaries between locations on
the mechanism subjected to a large load and locations not subjected to a large
load when a person is sitting in the chair. Individual diff erences such as body
weight or body shape could also be responsible for jamming of the rollers.
The POWER button of the
remote control and the
program button fl ash.
Set the main POWER switch located at the back of the chair to OFF, and then
back ON after about 5 seconds.

The automatic shiatsu point
locator function is not working
properly.
(The height of the rollers does not
match the shoulders.)
Sit further back in the chair so that your head rests fi rmly on the headrest. You
can adjust the shoulder position with the roller buttons immediately after the
shiatsu points are located.
Remote control buttons do
not seem to be operating
normally. Or the power does
not turn on. Check for the following:

Is the power plug fully inserted into the wall outlet?
② Is the main POWER switch located at the back of the chair set to ON?
③
Are you pressing two buttons at the same time?
The power cord or plug is
abnormally hot.
Stop using immediately.
Contact your local distributor.
Anyone other than an
authorized serviceperson must
not repair or disassemble.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If there is still a problem after trying the solutions given in this troubleshooting guide, stop using the chair immediately
to prevent accident or injury, and unplug the power plug from the wall outlet. Contact the vendor for assistance.
