Symptom Possible cause and remedy
No WIFI connection
can be made Check the availability of the WIFI net-
works.
Reduce the distance between the WIFI
router and the radio.
Make sure that you are using the
correct WEP/WPA password when
logging on to a WIFI router.
No internet radio sta-
tion available Check the network access points. The
radio station is currently unavailable.
The station's link has been changed or
is no longer transmitting.
USB data carrier is
not recognised Make sure that the USB device is
formatted as FAT32.
The unit does not play
any sound. All other
functions are OK. Headphones are plugged in. Unplug the
headphones.
The app does not
recognise the radio. Make sure that your mobile device and
the radio are registered on the same
network.
