Connecting the Remote Control Repeater 
 

Note:

 Careful consideration must be used when placing the IR Receiver near a Plasma Display. 

Plasma Displays emit IR frequencies during use and may cause interference.

 

 
1. Take the Mini Stick IR Receiver and connect it to the IR Receiver input on the IR Connecting 
Block. 
 
2. Connect the emitters (up to six) to the emitter jacks labeled 1-6 on the IR Connecting Block. 
 
3.  Place the emitters on the source equipment. 
 
4. Connect the 12VDC Power Supply to the Power jack on the IR Connecting Block and plug the 
Power Supply in the wall outlet.  The LED will illuminate with a red light letting you know power is 
connected.  If you are using a switched power outlet on a stereo receiver, connect the 12VDC 
Power Supply to the Status jack on the IR Connecting Block.  This will illuminate with a green 
light indicating power.   
 

Note:

  When an IR signal is received, the IR confirmation blue LED will flash.
