Check before initial operation:
1. Apply operating pressure in accordance with the type plate -> The cylinder piston
assumes its initial position.
2. Carry out a functional test according to following table.

Carrying out pressure lost testing
1. Cut off and vent operating pressure at
pressure connection 1 (P).
2. Actuate both solenoids simultaneously
and leave them actuated.
3. Restore operating pressure at pressure
connection 1 (P).

Piston must not return to working posi-
tion.
Testing the check valve
For presses, the piston descent rate is spe-
cified in the standards for the relevant type
of press.
If fitted to other machines, check whether
corresponding standards are applicable.
1. Cut off and vent operating pressure at
pressure connection 1 (P).

The rate of descent of the cylinder piston
must not exceed the specified limit.
