vided on the lower side of the moving head, then
turn them clockwise to the stop. Screw the clamp,
together with the moving head, to the crossbar.
4.2 Power supply
Connect the mains cable provided to a mains jack
(14), then connect it to a socket (230 V~ / 50 Hz). The
head (8) and all control motors go to their starting
positions. The display (5) meanwhile shows
LED-
MS50
to indicate that the moving head is ready for
operation. It is either operated via a DMX light con-
troller (
chapter 6) or automatically runs through
the control program adjusted (
chapter 5). To
switch off, disconnect the mains plug from the
socket.
For a more convenient operation, it is recom-
mended to connect the moving head to a mains
socket which is switched on and off via a light switch.
4.3 Basic settings
To make the following basic settings via a menu
(
chapter 9.1), use the buttons MENU,
,
and
ENTER (4). Press the button MENU repeatedly
until the display (5) shows the desired function.
Then press the button ENTER.
Note:
If you do not press any button for one minute, the
moving head will stop the setting procedure and return to
the normal operating mode.

never look directly into the light
source for a long time.
Please note that fast changes in light-
ing, e. g. flashing light, may trigger
epileptic seizures with photosensitive
persons or persons with epilepsy!
WARNING
Install the light effect unit safely and
expertly. If it is installed at a place
where people may walk or sit under
it, additionally secure it (e. g. by a
safety rope: Fasten the safety rope
via the threaded eye bolt provided in
such a way that the maximum falling
distance of the unit will not exceed
20 cm. Screw the eye bolt into the
corresponding threaded jack on the
lower side of the unit).
