8.6. CLEANING AND ADJUSTING THE SPARK PLUG

(a) If the spark plug is blocked with carbon deposits, remove carbon deposits using a spark plug
cleaner or a wire brush. [Fig. 25]

(b) Adjust the electrode gap between 0,6 and 0,7 mm. [Fig. 25]
8.7. CHANGING THE PUMP OIL
Replace the pump oil every 500 hours or at least once a year (for a new pump, replace the oil for the
first time following 50 operating hours).

1. Fit a container under the pump [Fig. 26] and [Fig. 27];
2. Remove the emptying plug from under the pump [(a) Fig. 26] and [(a) Fig. 27];
3. Let oil completely flow out, then fit in the emptying plug;
4. Fill the pump with new oil, up the right level [(b) Fig. 26] and [(b) Fig. 27].
8.8. CHANGING THE REDUCTION GEARBOX OIL
Replace the reduction gearbox oil every 500 hours or at least once a year (for a new pump, replace
the oil for the first time following 50 operating hours).

1. Fit a container under the reduction gearbox;
2. Remove the emptying plug from under the reduction gearbox;
3. Let oil completely flow out, then fit in the emptying plug;
4. Fill the reduction gearbox with new oil, up the right level.
