Control all the components listed in section «PRE
OPERATION CHECKS»

Check the tightening of bolts, screws and nuts
○
Check the oil level and top up if necessary
○
Make sure the water filter is clean
○
Replace the engine oil (following the 20 first
operating hours)
○
Clean the air filter
○
Replace the air filter
○
Clean the spark plug and adjust the electrode gap,
if necessary
○
Control the fixing of the pump to the engine
○
Control the tightness of fittings
○
Replace the spark plug
○
Drain the water, clean the filter and the tank of the
fuel cock
○
Replace the fuel filter
○
Replace the fuel pipes

Clean the carbon deposit from the cylinder head
●
Clean the cylinder head
●
Control and adjust the valve clearance
●
Change the antivibratory mountings
●
Clean and adjust the carburettor
●
Inspect valve seats
●
Replace the pump oil (following the first 50 hours)
●
Have the engine overhauled
●
Replace the oil seals of the pump
●
Replace the thermal valve and the «easy-starter»
valve
●
Replace the water seals of the pump (max. 800 h.)
●
Replace the reduction gearbox oil
●
