Load the Sequencing Flow Cell
Loading the clustered sequencing flow cell includes removing the flow cell used for
priming, cleaning the flow cell holder, loading the flow cell onto the instrument, and
confirming proper flow.
Remove the Used Flow Cell

Slowly move the flow cell lever to position 1 to disengage the manifolds.

the flow cell.
