Thank you for purchasing our new HDTR-201 High Definition Terrestrial Digital Receiver. With several years of
experience under our belt, coupled with our extensive expertise ion the field, our new HDTR-201 comes loaded
with a great range of features & innovations. This unit comes with HDMI, Component, S-Video and Composite
RCA connections. With all these features you are able to connect it to virtually any TV set. We are sure that your
will have many years of enjoyment from this High Definition Digital Terrestrial Receiver.
Please be aware that if you live in an apartment building, Digital Channels may not be reticulated on your MATV
system. As such, most set top boxes will not deliver their full potential or function properly, for that matter. If you
notice this problem, discuss the issue with your Body Corporate before raising a complaint with the store where
you purchased the set top box.
You or your Body Corporate personnel are most welcome to contact us directly should you wish to have your
MATV system upgraded to Digital. We will certainly be happy to recommend an IKUSI certified Antenna
Installation Company to assist you in upgrading your system. Likewise, if you experience severe pixilation or
picture drop out problems in a normal household, please feel free contact our Help Desk and we will be happy to
assist by putting you in contact with a reputable IKUSI certified specialist from the onset. Please be aware that
faulty antenna may cause you severe viewing issues.
Kindly check these matters before lodging a complaint with the store where you purchased this set top box.
Above all you need to be aware that small pixilation problems do occur from time to time with Digital signal
reception.
IMPORTANT – WARRANTY ISSUES
This product is warranted for a period of 12 months from date of purchase.
Please retain your purchase docket together with this completed sheet, as proof of purchase. If you experience a
problem with the device, please return it to the store where you purchased it from, so it can be tested thoroughly,
before it is returned to us. All product returned to us should be returned in the original packaging complete with
the original accessories. The extent of our warranty covers you for a full replacement HDTR-201 set top box.
