While reading the installation instructions, please also make
reference to the diagram on page 8. Also note that once
installed, the reset button and any reversing switches must be
readily accessible.

1.

Separate the hopper from the Mounting Ring by
turning the Mounting Ring in a clockwise direction.

2.

Remove the rubber Cushion Mount from the bottom
of the Sink Flange. You will then be able to remove
the Mounting Ring from the Sink Flange.

3.

Unscrew the Support Ring from the Sink Flange.

4.

Insert the Sink Flange using plumbers putty to
secure and sell the sink flange through the 90mm
hole in your sink.

5.

From underneath the sink, slip the Fibre Gasket
onto the Sink Flange. Screw the Support Ring onto
the Sink Flange. Hand tightens the Support Ring
until the Sink Flange will not move.

6.

Place the Mounting Ring over the Sink Flange and
install the rubber Cushion Mount (large side down)
so that the groove on the inside of the Cushion
Mount fits over the lip on the Sink Flange. When
installed correctly, the Mounting Ring can be pulled
down over the Cushion Mount and will rotate
freely.

7.

Guide the Hopper projections into the slots on the
Mounting Ring, using the Mounting Ears, turn the
Mounting Ring anti-clockwise (right) until the
Mounting Ring locks tightly in place.
