Sets up the COLOR Temperature.
The setting value is “D65” or “PANEL”.
When this is set on “D65”, the color temperature will be set to
6500K. When on “PANEL”, the image quality, whose contrast is
prior, will be realized
The default value is “D65”. (“D65” means 6500K.)

It sets RGB/YPbPr for the input signal.
