Before installing, carefully remove the protective cap.

Be careful not to scratch or otherwise damage the antenna.
6.8.2 Place the O-ring, grease the thread
The matching O-ring (EPDM) is supplied with the adapter. More O-rings are available as
accessories.

Place the O-ring in the groove of the unit.
u
Lightly grease the thread of the unit with lubricating paste.
The paste must be approved for the application and compatible
with the elastomers used.
